How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located just after 13-15 rue Nelaton, on the left Enter the ramp and go down to level -2 until you are close to the gate (the gate will not open if your vehicle is not on the ground sensor located just in front of the gate) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". The places dedicated to Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Reserved" sign: from these places, choose the one you want To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and go up the stairs to the ground floor (you will not be able to use the lifts that require a badge); turn left to access the entrance hall of the building You will reach the street at 13-15 rue Nelaton
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (13-15 rue Nélaton) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Follow the the same way to exit the car park and walk down to level -2 Once your vehicle is collected, follow the car park signage to go to the front of the gate (very close) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". You will then leave the car park at 13-15 rue Nélaton
