How to access the car park?
Go to the car park entrance at 5 rue Georges Seurat, 92210 Clichy Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". Go down to level -2 The places dedicated to Indigo Neo users are marked with a "Indigo Neo Reserved" panel: from these places, choose the one you want To walk out of the car park, follow the pedestrian signs and climb the stairs until you reach the ground floor (you will not be able to use the lifts that require a badge) You will reach the street at 11 rue George Seurat
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Be sure to use the access by which you left the car park (11 rue Georges Seurat) You will find a digicode marked with Indigo Neo stickers: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once in the entrance hall of the building, go straight to the wall; on your left, you will find a second Indigo Neo digicode: Enter the same code Go down the stairs to level -2 following the Indigo Neo signs; you will find a third and last Indigo Neo digicode to access the car park: Enter the same code Once your vehicle is collected, go to the exit (gate on the right) Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth".
