How to access the car park?

Present yourself in front of the barrier of the car park Carnot, located 2 Place Carnot - 54000 Nancy. No need to take a ticket: your license plate will be automatically scanned and recognized, entailing the opening of the barrier without any action on your part. Should there be a license plate misreading, navigate in the OPnGO application and select your current reservation within the "My Reservations" section: you will find a QR code to be used instead at the entry terminal.

How to retrieve your vehicle?

When heading back to Carnot car park, enter through one of pedestrian access secured by OPnGO door readers. Type the code available in the OPnGO application. To read it, select your current parking session. Once in your vehicle, drive to the exit barrier. Your license plate will be recognised the same way it was at the entrance and the barrier will open automatically. Should there be a license plate misreading, press the intercom and contact the on-site staff.
