Enter the car park located at Calle Secretario Padilla 61 - 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria When in front of the entry barrier, get a ticket from the entry terminal Park your car in any free space Then, go the reception booth so that the car park staff can check and validate your booking confirmation (either printed or visible in the Indigo Neo app) NB: please note it is necessary to arrive during the car park office hours (see below) You will be given an access card enabling you to enter and exit 24/7 as many times as you want until the end of your reservation

How to retrieve your vehicle?

Before getting your vehicle back, go to the reception booth to notify the car park staff of your departure They will open the exit barrier for you If no one is there, simply insert your access card into ones of the machines (columns) located near the exit barrier: this will open the barrier
